Tsukune (つくね) is Japanese chicken meatballs that are skewered and typically grilled over charcoal served in yakitori restaurants. We switch up the grill for the stove and keep the meatball. If you want you can do the meatballs ahead of time on the grill if weather permits. For us- we grill as long as its not snowing!
Our version of Chicken Tsukune Spring Ramen recipe uses Hakubaku Fresh Ramen noodles. They are the best because there are NO preservatives in the noodles and NO MSG. That means your dish will not be super salty, just tasty!
Tip– Make the Demi-Glace ahead of time if you want to use it in other dishes.
