Savory Chili and Mint Lamb Ramen is flavorful, healthy and so delicious you may want to make this all the time. We use our Kaedama fresh noodles for a real balance to the dish. This fried noodle dish, dressed in vinegar and chile oil and topped with spicy lamb, herbs, brazil nuts, and snow peas, has roots in Yunnan, a southwestern Chinese province, where the garnish may vary according to the kitchen and season.
We mix it up a little to give the dish a new flavor profile with a lot of layers. The dish is quick to put together but can be served at a leisurely pace: Plate it, or set all of the components on the table and let people put together their own bowls the way they like, to their taste.
