All this dish takes is about 20 minutes on the stovetop! So easy when you want soup, some noodles, and a Mexican flavor blast! We tasted a chicken Pozole at our local cantina near our offices and came up with this Mexican Chicken Noodle Soup. It takes some of the same spices and chicken to make this a very robust fusion of Japan and Mexican goodness. Forget the traditional! (did we really say that?) Go bold with the mix of spicyness and taste paired with out fresh ramen noodles.
