What happens when you love ramen, and just want something healthy and savory? You create a bowl of savory asian fusion ramen recipe with your favorite noodles. Created by the creative @thesprinkledsprout , this vegan/vegetarian recipe uses ginger and lemongrass for that South East asian flavor and a little mix of curry to give it that spice that makes it nice! You can use Tofu or Chicken depending on how your taste dictates.
Typically South East asian bowls like this use rice noodles (think Pho, Bun Bo Hue) but our ramen is just as nice as the wheat noodles carry the flavor of the curry notes nicely. You can use our Shoyu or Tonkotsu Ramen kits or our Kaedama fresh noodles for a light balance to the dishes savory component.
