Shio Soup Fried Rice bowl is not a traditional kind of dish- but its VERY TASTY! Our recipe was sent to us from a customer in Sapporo, Japan and incorporated rice (but he said we can use Mochi Barley) and some Shio broth that he had. The recipe is fairly simple but the way its presented here makes this Shio Soup Fried Rice bowl unique. Ramen in this case of more of the fact we are using Shio broth. If you don’t have Shio broth you can substitute chicken stock. Easily delicious shio fried rice with soup. You can enjoy the texture of crispy lettuce and soft egg anytime.
