Taiwanese Dry Mixed Ramen
I like mixed noodles in my popular ramen shop, I go there to eat many times and this dish was served closer to midnight as the crowd exited a bar next door. It was dry and not soup and was just the thing I needed. Its essentially a dry version of a popular Chinese soup with Soaji seasoning that has about 20 different spices in it! Who knows what’s in that mix, but man is Tawiwanese Dry mixed ramen good! Warning: for those that cannot handle raw egg yolk- skip that part and cook the egg instead.
