We use our Shoyu Ramen kit for the flavor and the restaurant fresh Japanese kaedama ramen noodles for a hit at any dinner. We usually make a quantity to store and refrigerate at our house for eating whenever we have time for dinner. Actually tastes better the next day as the noodles soak up the good garlic flavor.
