• Organic, Dry Noodles (Ramen, Udon, Soba) There is no peanuts, pine nuts, or tree nuts contamination.
• Kaedama (fresh soft ramen noodles): There is no peanuts, pine nuts, or tree nuts contamination.
• Umami and 2-pack Fresh Ramen sets: There are no peanuts and tree nuts contamination in the ramen noodles. However the manufacturer that makes the contained soup packets does produce nut products in the same facility.  Our manufacturing facility makes sure the line is sanitized every production run, and checks that there are no allergens left on the line whenever they use nuts.

We recommend that you consult with your doctor before eating foods made in a facility that processes nuts.

To have the best experience with our proudcts -  we do not recommend that you eat any product past its expiration date. Our expiration date is stamped on all our products in the following format: YEAR.MONTH.DAY (YYYY.MM.DD)

Our ramen is never fried. Our noodles are made using our unique Freshlock technology that does not use preservatives or chemicals. Our noodles have that true Japanese ramen-resturant taste and texture you can enjoy at home! All our fresh ramen noodles are shelf-stable and do not need to be refrigerated.

As these sets are made with shelf-stable non-fried noodles- our Umami Ramen series, 2-meal ramen kits and our Kaedama noodles have a shelf life of 8 months from the manufacturing date. Every noodle packet and Umami ramen package is clearly stamped with the best before date.

Glad you asked! Our fresh ramen noodles are best when dropped into boiling water as per directions on our packaging. This will give you the best tasting noodle! Cook 2:00 minutes for a al dente noodle or 2:30 minutes for soft noodle. For more details click here>>
