Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur during weekends or holidays. Order process during weekends or holidays will be process the following business day of operation. 

High volume of order activity does occur at various times throughout the year (ie; holidays, sales) and can affect delivery times. Please allow 2 weeks for your shipment to be dispatched during these temporary periods. 

You will receive a notification with tracking when your order ships via the email you used at checkout. Please also check your SPAM inbox for communications as some email systems filter messages. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses, server failures or blocked message filters.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Hakubaku USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Hakubaku USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Hakubaku USA does not ship internationally at this time.

Returns Policy

We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. We offer not to return but refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
