Why do we like this dish? Because how can you say “no” to a savory cold ramen dish of Orange Ginger Sesame Noodles and it comes from one of our customers! Use our Kaedama Japanese noodles for a real balance to the dish. In summer during the warm months, cold ramen is served across Japan and this recipe is a great variation of what you can do with our fresh ramen noodles.
Tangy and slightly sweet Orange Ginger Sesame Noodles are a hit at picnics, quick side at dinner, or a light lunch.. or.. anytime!

Makes 2 servings.
- 2 Packs Ramen Noodles from our Kaedama noodle kit
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 3 carrot shredded or julienned
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- Zest and juice of an orange
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
- Mix together prepped veggies in a bowl
- Cook the ramen 2min. , drain, rinse cold wat, let cool
- Combine other ingredients to make the dressing
- Pour dressing over veggies and put in the fridge for 20 mins
- Dish up cooled noodles, top with veggies & dressing combo
