Cooking Directions: Cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes for hot dish, 5-6 minutes for cold dish(no salt or oil is not needed). Drain then rinse well with cold water. Drain again.

Recently my wife was diagnosed as stage 4 kidney disease, therefore she must cut down sodium intake, for that “Hakubaku No Salt Udon & Soba” is perfect.
