As the weather gets warmer and the days longer the last place you want to be is in the kitchen. Don’t fret, we have some quick, healthy, and easy one-pot meals. These ideas won’t break the bank and allow for quick and easy cleanup. Most of these recipes take under 20 minutes. If you are lazy like us.. just eat right out of the pot (but make sure to put a heat barrier under the pot before you set it on the table!)

#1 Ramen Noodle Summer Salad

#7 Hawaiian Saimin Noodles
Hawaiian Saimin Recipe with Ramen, is at its core an inexpensive noodle and broth soup. It is considered the supreme comfort food of the Islands, eaten at any time of day.
