Easy 1-pot ramen meals

As the weather gets warmer and the days longer the last place you want to be is in the kitchen. Don’t fret, we have some quick, healthy, and easy one-pot meals. These ideas won’t break the bank and allow for quick and easy cleanup. Most of these recipes take under 20 minutes. If you are lazy like us.. just eat right out of the pot (but make sure to put a heat barrier under the pot before you set it on the table!)

Spicy to savory all of these use our authentic Japanese ramen noodles and some easy-to-find ingredients for our list of easy 1-pot meals.

#1 Ramen Noodle Summer Salad

#2 Spicy Thai Miso Ramen

If you like it spicy, just add a little red pepper or Sriracha to taste at the end. The miso tomato ramen recipe is very light and a great lunch or light dinner when you just don’t want to cook. Tip: If you want to skip all the straining and peeling- just purchase a can of peeled tomatoes.

#7 Hawaiian Saimin Noodles

Hawaiian Saimin Recipe with Ramen, is at its core an inexpensive noodle and broth soup. It is considered the supreme comfort food of the Islands, eaten at any time of day. You can find this soup at snack bars, coffee shops, and even on the McDonald’s menu (in Hawaii only). Saimin is basically the same thing as ramen.
