As the weather gets warmer and the days longer the last place you want to be is in the kitchen. Don’t fret, we have some quick, healthy, and easy one-pot meals. These ideas don’t break the bank and allow for quick and easy cleanup. Most of these recipes take under 20 minutes. If you are lazy like us.. just eat right out of the pot (but make sure to put a heat barrier under the pot before you set it on the table!)
